SMS / Text Messaging Terms
ScoreGuard.AI LLC (“ScoreGuard”)

These terms govern the ScoreGuard text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in — during signup, in your account settings, or by texting a keyword — you consent to receive text messages from ScoreGuard as described below.
1. Program description
ScoreGuard sends account and dispute-related text messages, such as: identity verification codes, dispute round status (“Your Experian response arrived”), mail tracking updates (“Your certified letter was delivered”), reinvestigation deadline reminders, billing notices, and support replies. ScoreGuard does not send third-party marketing by text.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your dispute activity. Typical usage is 4–10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
3. Opt-in
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any ScoreGuard plan. You may use the full platform without SMS by choosing email-only notifications in your settings.
4. Opt-out
Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out from your notification settings or by emailing support@scoreguard.ai. Text START to re-enroll.

6. Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Mobile information is used only to operate this messaging program and provide the Services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages (our SMS provider) or as required by law. 8. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively; the current version always lives at scoreguard.ai/sms-terms.
