Refund and Cancellation Policy

ScoreGuard.AI LLC · Effective date: July 29, 2026

5-business-day cancellation. New subscribers in every state may cancel within 5 business days of accepting the Platform Subscription Agreement without any penalty or obligation. Anything paid will be refunded in full.

Cancel anytime. After that, cancel whenever you like from your Billing page, by email to support@scoreguard.ai, or by mail. Because billing is in arrears, you owe only for completed billing periods; there are no cancellation fees and no future charges after cancellation takes effect.

Refunds. Any amount collected for services not provided will be refunded. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@scoreguard.ai within 60 days; we will investigate and correct errors promptly. Metered certified-mail charges for letters already printed and mailed at your direction are earned when the mailing occurs and are not refundable.

Couples add-on. The add-on cancels with the primary subscription or can be removed separately from Billing, effective at the end of the current period.
